Application Specialists/Support Desk
We are looking for individuals who have experience in, or can adapt to, a unique skill set that will deal in system administration, design/test/installation of customized software & training customers. Knowledge of software development life cycle, creation of requirements documentation (specifically dealing with SRS documentation, Use Cases, and UML Diagrams) and functional understanding of relational databases required. Customer Service and basic understanding of programming are excellent assets for these positions. Helpdesk experience a plus (we are NOT a call center). Some overnight travel will be necessary.
Application Analyst – NAV
Financially minded self-motivated go-getter, must be a problem solver and be able to analyze the requirements for our varied commercial client base and ability to handle all phases of Customer Support & training; should have above average working knowledge of Microsoft Business Products, Microsoft Dynamics-NAV (our core package), strong Accounting (degree highly preferred) and financial transactions, be able to communicate well both orally and in writing, must be well organized and able to manage multiple projects. Technical aspects include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is a plus. Some overnight travel will be necessary.
