Software Analyst

 We are currently looking for self-driven, passionate and results focused Software Analyst/Engineers to be part of our team.  The ideal candidate for this position has a programming degree and likes doing a variety of different things, likes working with people and doing some traveling.

 Responsible for: 

  • Support customers by phone and in person
  • Working with SQL Databases, Windows and Linux Servers
  • Create specifications for new software by gathering data and writing technical documents
  • Test new software
  • Implementation/Installation of our software packages
  • Customer training

 Requirements: 

  • Self-starter that can work in a team environment
  • Provide end user desktop/phone support to determine and resolve end-user support issues
  • Good communications, customer service, and basic accounting skills
  • Install hardware and customized software on-site
  • Ability to train customers in use of software and hardware
  • Must live within driving distance of our office, we do not do remote work
  • Knowledge, or ability to learn, basic command line functions for Windows and Linux servers
  • Manage projects, knowledge of software development life cycle, gathering technical data, the creation of requirements documentation (specifically dealing with SRS documentation, Use Cases, and UML Diagrams) and basic functional understanding of relational databases required
  • Perform Quality Assurance on new software
  • Some overnight travel will be necessary
  • A 4-year degree is highly preferred but not required (higher education is a plus)

Web Application Developer

We are currently looking for self-driven, passionate and results focused Web Application Developers to be part of our team that will be dedicated to creating, developing, implementing and testing applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers.

 Responsible for:

  • Developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining web-based application systems
  • Troubleshoot system problems and issues
  • Look for and make recommendations to improve applications

API/Server-Side Developer

We are currently looking for self-driven, passionate and results focused API/Server-side Developers to be part of our team that will be dedicated to managing the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Responsible for: 

  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
  • Implementation of security and data protection
  • Design, develop and deliver the API system that supports new features

 Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge in OOD/OOP.
  • Experience and knowledge of REST API development and interaction. Experience and knowledge of database design and interaction.
  • Proficient in MVC pattern and development.

Database Engineer

Responsible for: 

  • Support and maintain data and database systems to meet business delivery specifications and needs
  • Keep department Manager, Chief Information Officer and other departments informed and up to date
  • Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during design, development, and delivery to ensure solid, scalable, robust solutions
  • Design, develop and deliver/implement data solutions to include:
    • Architecture design
    • Prototyping of concepts to proof of concept
    • Development of standards
    • Design and development of test plans
    • Code & module design
    • Development and testing
    • Data solution debugging
    • Design & implementation of a solution that follows efficient design techniques and development that meets and exceeds the intent of the design of the data solution

 Responsible for:

  • Reviewing current systems
  • Presenting ideas for system improvements
  • Working closely with analysts, developers and support teams

  • Maintaining the systems once they are up and running

 Requirements: 

  • A strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL and MSSQL. Experience in software languages such as C#, Visual Basic, VB.NET, etc.
  • Has knowledge of industry standards and best practices in software architecture and design. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude required. Reports to a team leader or manager.
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to debug existing source code and optimize feature sets.
  • Relevant computing qualification or A.S./B.S. degree preferred, but not required

 Marketing/Communications Assistant

We are currently looking for a self-driven, passionate and results-focused individual to assist the Marketing Manager in identifying, developing, and evaluating marketing strategies. 

 Responsible for:

  • Composing copy for marketing campaigns, activities, literature, and any other requested materials. 
  •  Establish and maintain customer relations dealing directly with the Marketing Department. Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
  •  Assisting the sales department
